Leslie Franks - Temple Hill Elementary School Principal, effective July 1, 2025
Jennifer Green – Rock Creek Elementary School Principal, effective July 1, 2025
Brandon Broyles – Love Chapel Elementary School Assistant Principal, effective July 1, 2025
Johnathan Kenney – Unicoi County Middle School Principal, effective July 1, 2025
Alexa Transki – Unicoi County Middle School Assistant Principal, effective July 1, 2025
Chad Gillis – Unicoi County High School Assistant Principal, effective July 1, 2025
Andrew Silvers, Unicoi County High School Athletic Director, effective July 1, 2025
Parents/Guardians should be receiving an email soon from the Rooms feature in our new Unicoi Schools app! This login will be your key to staying connected with your child’s teachers during the upcoming school year.
When you log in, you’ll see a class titled “Technology 2025”. That is currently the only class listed. Once the school year begins and teachers start adding students to their classrooms, you’ll automatically be added to your child’s classes and can begin communicating directly with their teachers.
We’re also planning to host some Zoom training sessions for parents this fall to help you get comfortable using the app.

Important Update: Transition to the Unicoi Schools App
We’re excited to announce that Unicoi County Schools will be transitioning away from Bloomz and moving to our new Unicoi Schools app as our primary tool for mass communication.
Download links for the app are provided below. Once installed, you can choose which schools you’d like to receive news and updates from.
Looking ahead, we will also begin using the app’s Rooms feature, which will allow you to communicate directly with classroom teachers and receive messages from them.

Please make sure your information in Skyward has your latest cell phone number and that each parent has a unique email address. If the same address has been turn in for multiple parents then only the one email address will get the notice. Please contact your child's school if you need to make any updates.
