School Board Recognizes 2025 Teachers of the Year

At a recent Unicoi County Board of Education meeting, the district proudly recognized its 2025 Teachers of the Year—outstanding educators who exemplify excellence and dedication in their classrooms and communities.

The honorees for the 2025 academic year are:

• Grades PreK–4: Shannon Blevins

• Grades 5–8: Eleana Pate

• Grades 9–12: Tamara Yelton
