Today, September 22nd, we had a routine fire drill at RCES with a visit from the local fire department. There was no fire or any danger at Rock Creek. Everyone did a great job practicing our drill!
Mrs.Sherry will be selling ice cream this week on Wednesday instead of Friday. Students must have exact change.

Our RC 5th graders have been hard at work practicing their multiplication! Keep it up!
4th graders at Rock Creek are working hard this fall reviewing their place value skills in math!
We are excited about our Literacy Luau tonight from 5:00-6:30pm! Remember that Kona Ice will be at school for purchase as well. We hope to see you there!

It's time for Girls on the Run at RCES!! Please return the form as soon as possible if your 3-5th grade daughter is interested. Mrs.Evely will reach out to team members next week to share registration info, season details, & more.
No plans this afternoon? There is a free movie opportunity being offered at the Clinchfield Senior Center at 4pm.
Our PTO is kicking off our first fundraiser of the year. This year we will be selling popcorn! 🍿 Please look over the letter that was sent home in your child's folder, sign, and return. Popcorn sales begin September 8th!
