At the June meeting of the Unicoi County Board of Education, board members proudly recognized the recipients of the Board of Education Community Service Scholarship. This scholarship honors graduating seniors who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to serving their schools and communities through community involvement, service, and leadership.
This year's recipients are Carter Miller and Kaley Toney, whose dedication to community service exemplifies the values of Unicoi County Schools.
Carter Miller was recognized during the June Board meeting and is pictured with Director of Schools Mr. John English. Kaley Toney was unable to attend the meeting due to a softball game conflict but was also honored as a scholarship recipient.
The Unicoi County Board of Education congratulates Carter and Kaley on this achievement and wishes them continued success in their future endeavors. Their commitment to serving others has made a positive impact on our schools and community, and we are proud to recognize their accomplishments.
