Unicoi County Board of Education presented Rachel Lynch and Trey Hatcher with the Community Service Scholarship at the board meeting on May 10, 2018. This scholarship is given to students with outstanding community service. Rachel Lynch logged 186 service hours, and Trey Hatcher had 120 volunteer hours. Both students will receive a $500.00 scholarship for postsecondary expenses.
