The SAT is a college admissions test that is required for admittance into a college or university. The SAT is the preferred test at some colleges and universities. Please check with the college or university you are planning to attend to determine if the SAT or ACT is required.
The SAT is made up of three timed test which are Critical Reading, Math and Writing. The highest score on the SAT is a 2400.
