Each year, the Unicoi County United Way campaign hosts a contest where students in the local school system are asked to create posters depicting the mission of the United Way to enrich the lives of community members and organizations through charitable community donations. This year’s campaign raised upward of $125,000 and winners of this year’s poster contest were announced on Thursday at a special luncheon, where they were also publicly recognized.
